Amway एमवे इंडिया (Amway India) के खिलाफ प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने (ED) ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ईडी ने कंपनी की 757.77 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति जब्त कर ली है। एमवे इंडिया पर मल्टीलेवल मार्केटिंग स्कैम (Multi-Level Marketing Scam) चलाने का आरोप है। कहा जा रहा है कि जो संपत्तियां जब्त की गई हैं, उनमें तमिलनाडु के डिंडीगुल जिले में कंपनी की जमीन, फैक्ट्री, प्लांट्स व मशीनरी, वाहन, बैंक खाते और एफडी शामिल हैं। ईडी ने एमवे की 411.83 करोड़ रुपये की अचल और चल संपत्ति जब्त की है। इसके अलावा 36 विभिन्न खातों से 345.94 करोड़ रुपये के बैंक बैलेंस को अस्थायी रूप से कुर्क किया है।
