• OP Bhatt is an Indian banker who was the chairman of State Bank of India and is an independent non-executive director at Tata Consultancy Services.
• Nandan Nilekani is a tech entrepreneur and co-founder of Infosys, who has played a key role in transforming the company into a global leader in the technology industry.
• KV Kamath is a noted banker who chairs the National Bank of Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) and has served as the chief of the New Development Bank of BRICS countries.
• Somasekhar Sundaresan is a prominent Indian lawyer who is known for his expertise in regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
• Justice JP Devadhar is a retired judge of the Bombay High Court and former Chairperson of the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
• Justice AM Sapre is a former Supreme Court judge who will be heading the expert committee to investigate the Adani-Hindenburg case.
